Thinking :Root cause of suffering

They say whenever something happens ,two arrows straightly come back to you ,The one arrow is unstoppable it is inevitable you cannot stop that this first arrow may cause you physical pain and that's okay as it is applicable to all ,but the second arrow is an optional arrow similar to the ones you can avoid while filling the form just joking , let's head into our main talk that second particular arrow is the arrow because of you response to the event that happened , it's the consequence of your reaction to that one event which you were supposed to react at ,but believe me when i say it the second arrow at most times is the emotional arrow that's hurts you even more than the physical pain itself .

Its not the event that happens makes you feel sth but the interpretation of it that makes it reality ,however reality is that the event happened without any thought or feeling or emotion,Now its upto you how you react to it that makes the perception of reality . Every other event that occurs is like an empty boat but what matters most is your reaction to that empty boat isn't it?

Doesn't that mean your thinking is the root cause of all your sufferings not any attachment , what if that one particular thought that caused all your sufferings can be removed by having next thought or entering into the state of zero thought state .
